📌 EVENT STAGES & TIMELINE

🕒 Guild War for Season 3 is held every two weeks, with each server running its own independent battle and ranking.

1️⃣ Stage 1: Pre-War Power-Up Phase
▸ Wednesday–Thursday (Item Craft Discount)
2️⃣ Stage 2: Guild War
▸ AsiaV-V: Thursday | 20:00 – 21:00 (GMT +8)
▸ FortiusAsia: Friday | 20:00 – 21:00 (GMT +8)
3️⃣ Stage 3: Reward Period
▸ Rewards distributed within 2 hours after each war.

📌 PARTICIPATION RULES
✔ All players may join the event freely and must follow official fair play and game rules.
✔ No registration or form submission is required — participation is automatic upon entering the Guild War.
✔ All Demon Medals are non-tradable and cannot be sold.
✔ Demon Medals are attributed to the player’s original guild at the time of participation. Any lost, discarded, or untraceable medals will not count toward scoring.
✔ Each participant may use only one character. Multi-account or multi-character participation will lead to disqualification.

📌 TOURNAMENT FORMAT & RULES
✔ Maps:
 • AsiaV-V – AsiaV-V-Monster Castle
 • FortiusAsia – FortiusAsia-Monster Castle
✔ Admission Requirement:
 • All old Admission Tickets are invalid.
 • New Monster Castle Admission Tickets (×15 pcs) will be automatically sent via in-game mail before the war.
✔ War Time:
 • AsiaV-V: Thursday, 20:00 – 21:00 (GMT +8)
 • FortiusAsia: Friday, 20:00 – 21:00 (GMT +8)
✔ Main Gameplay:
 • Occupy the Core Zone when the war begins.
 • Defeat the Victory Treasure Chest to obtain Demon Medals.
 • 1 Demon Medal = 1 point for the picker’s guild.
✔ Special Map Mechanics:
 • Four stationary Castle Guard Turrets (Lv.140) appear around the Core Zone at 20:00 (GMT +8).
 • Each server spawns only one Victory Treasure Chest Boss.
 • The Boss’s strength dynamically adjusts based on server progress to ensure fairness.

⚡ STRATEGIC SUPPORT (BLUE DIAMONDS) NOTICE
• From this season onward, Strategic Support (Blue Diamonds) will be distributed via redeem code instead of admission tickets.
• The redeem code will appear in the in-game System Notice at 19:55 (GMT +8) and will close once the war begins at 20:00 (GMT +8).
⚠ Each server will have one unique redeem code for Strategic Support (Blue Diamonds), and it can only be claimed once per server. Please make sure to redeem it with the same character that participates in Guild War, as any complaints or issues outside this rule will not be processed.

⚠ UPGRADE NOTICE
• The Monster Castle map opens only during the Guild War (20:00–21:00 GMT +8). Players will automatically return to town when it ends.
• The Victory Treasure Chest Boss is now 60% easier, allowing faster medal acquisition and fairer PvP competition.
• Guilds are encouraged to coordinate attacks effectively to maintain damage output and seize control of the Core Zone.
• All previously owned Monster Castle Admission Tickets are expired and cannot be used.
• The final Weekly/Season Champion will be decided by the total Demon Medals collected (1 Demon Medal = 1 Guild Point).

📌 SCORING & SEASON SYSTEM
✔ The guild collecting the most Demon Medals becomes the Weekly Champion.
✔ The same scoring system applies for Season ranking — 1 Demon Medal = 1 Guild Point.
✔ In the event of a tie, an official playoff will be scheduled.
✔ If a player changes guild after collecting medals, points remain with the original guild.
✔ Any false data or unfair play will lead to disqualification.

📅 SEASON SYSTEM & SPECIAL REWARDS
✔ The Season Champion will be determined separately for each server, based on the total points accumulated within its own rounds.
✔ Results and rewards will be announced within 2 working days after the last battle.

• Limited-time Title (7 days): Next Week, Crushed (+3% PvP Damage) ×1
• Auditorium Admission Tickets ×2

⚔ Top Kills Leaderboard (Individual)
(Based on performance during war day; distributed the next day)
🥇 1st – Blue Diamonds × 100 000
🥈 2nd – Blue Diamonds × 80 000
🥉 3rd – Blue Diamonds × 50 000

📅 SEASON CHAMPION REWARD
🏆 Top-Scoring Guild of the Season
• Official Guild Photo featured on the Honor Board (Facebook & in-game hub)
• All members receive: (non-tradable) Black Cloud Orb × 10 + Watermelon × 100 (≈ 600 RD) + Blue Diamonds × 88 888
👑 Guild Leader’s Exclusive Selection: One designated member receives Demon Overlord Title (30 days, +2 % Crit Rate, +800 ATK)

📌 ADMISSION TICKET INFO
• [Guild War Reward] Ticket: Usable Sat–Sun 20:00–24:00 for Reward Map (6 rotating bosses).
• [Auditorium] Ticket: Usable daily at 22:00 for Lv. 60 boss encounter.
🕒 Weekly rewards are delivered via in-game mail within 2 hours after the Guild War ends.
🕒 Limited-time titles expire before the next Guild War.

📌 ANTI-CHEATING & DISQUALIFICATION
🚫 Any form of unfair advantage or dishonest behavior will result in immediate disqualification, including but not limited to:
• Use of third-party software or automation tools
• Account sharing or multi-character participation
• Match-fixing, collusion, or toxic behavior
✔ Disqualified players forfeit all rewards.
✔ GM Team reserves the right to audit using backend logs and screenshots.
✔ Appeals must be submitted within 24 hours after event end.
✔ Guild Leader’s Exclusive Selection cannot be changed after submission.

📌 Guild War Rewards - Guild rewards and points will be given only if at least two active guilds (each with 10 or more active members) join the war in the same server. If not, the game team may cancel guild rewards and give only individual or basic participation rewards.

📌 ORGANIZER RIGHTS & DISCLAIMER
• Organizers may modify rules, schedules, or rewards at any time.
• Events may be postponed or canceled due to technical issues or force majeure.
• All organizer decisions are final.
• Harassment or abuse toward staff will result in penalties.
