Dear Returnees,
After multiple rounds of internal discussions, careful evaluations, and sincere attempts to extend the game’s service, we have reached one of the most difficult decisions in our operations journey.
This is an announcement we have struggled with for a long time, and it is with deep regret that we must share it with you today.

Altius – The Guardian will officially discontinue its service on December 12, 2025 (Wednesday) at 15:00 GMT+8.
We sincerely apologize for the sadness and inconvenience this may bring to all players who have supported us along the way.

To ensure clarity for everyone, the shutdown process will follow the timeline below:

🔸 November 20, 2025 (Thu)
Official announcement of the End of Service Notice.

🔸 November 28, 2025 (Fri) – 15:00 GMT+8
- Top-up functions will be closed
- All paid transactions will be disabled
👉 Players may continue using their existing Red Diamonds, currencies, and items until the final shutdown.

🔸 December 12, 2025 (Wed) – 15:00 GMT+8
- Official end of service for Altius – The Guardian
- All servers will be shut down
- Login access will no longer be available
