Welcome to Ntworld.com.sg (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

Welcome to Ntworld.com.sg (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of this Website, the games (the “Games”), and any services offered through it, which are published and operated by NTWorld Pte Ltd, a private limited company with Unique Entity Number: 202202729N, located at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #05-07 Paya Lebar Square, 409051 Singapore (hereinafter referred to as the "Game Platform" or “NTWorld”).

User data is managed jointly by Legendx (operated by ACEGO Pte Ltd) and NTWorld , and accounts are accessed through a Single Sign-On (SSO) system. As an end user (hereinafter referred to as "you"), you acknowledge that the Game Platform provides you access to games and related services on this Website under the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms.

NOW, THEREFORE, you agree as follows:

1. DEFINITIONS

These terms have the following meanings:

TERMS	MEANING
Term	These Terms shall become effective and legally binding from the Effective Date and will continue indefinitely until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Terms
Territory	The Game(s) and Ancillary Products may be made available worldwide without limitation.
Platform	The Game(s) are made available on NTWorld (PC (Windows), mobile, etc.), as well as any successor platforms released
Game(s)	"Game" refers to any interactive digital software or application made available on Ntworld.com.sg, including but not limited to video games, mobile games, browser games, and associated downloadable content, updates, patches, or expansions. Games may include single-player, multiplayer, or online multiplayer experiences.
Service(s)	Includes all services and functions offered by NTWorld, such as game downloads, a membership system, NT Credits recharge, task completion, and rewards redemption, which enhance user experience and engagement.
Ancillary Products	Products designed to support and/or promote the Game, including but not limited to books, comics, music, animations, GIFs, webisodes, clothing, posters, novelties, and strategy guides that utilize elements from the Game.

Intellectual Property Rights

Any patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, know-how, technology,

software, and other rights generally referred to as “intellectual property rights” under law, applicable to the Game and its associated materials.

NT Credits

refers to a digital currency, token, or unit of value which can be purchased, or awarded to players for use in the Games environment. NT Credits can be utilized to purchase in-game items, upgrades, and services or to access specific features or content within the Games. NT Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and hold no real-world monetary value outside the Games environment. The issuance, accumulation, and usage of NT Credits may be subject to specific terms, including limitations on quantity and functionality as determined by the Games developer or NT World. NT Credits shall not be exchanged for cash or any other form of real-world currency.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services or features offered through this Website. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use this Website.

3. USE OF WEBSITE

You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Website. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:

Engaging in any unlawful or fraudulent activities;
Using this Website to transmit or distribute any viruses, malware, or other harmful code; and/or
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of this Website or any systems or networks connected to it.

4. USER REGISTRATION

To access and use the services offered by NTWorld, you must register and create an account on this Website. User data is managed jointly by Legendx (operated by ACEGO Pte Ltd) and NTWorld , and accounts are accessed through a Single Sign-On (SSO) system. By registering, you confirm that all information provided during the registration process is accurate and complete. You also agree to keep your account information updated and to maintain the security of your account credentials.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a user of NTWorld, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in an ethical, lawful, and respectful manner. This includes, but is not limited to:

Complying with any additional terms and conditions related to your use of this Website;
Using any resources provided by NTWorld solely for the purpose of accessing, promoting and supporting the services offered on this Website;
Refraining from engaging in any activities that may damage the reputation or integrity of this Website or NTWorld.

Additionally, you agree to adhere to the following responsibilities:

Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to your activities on this Website.
Ethical Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is ethical, lawful, and respectful, avoiding any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.
Promotion and Support: You agree to utilize any resources provided by NTWorld solely for the purpose of accessing, promoting and supporting the services and offerings available on Ntworld.sg. This may include marketing materials, links, and promotional content.
Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information provided to you by NTWorld and to refrain from disclosing such information to any third parties without prior written consent of NTWorld.
Prohibited Activities: You agree to refrain from engaging in any activities that may harm the reputation or integrity of NTWorld or this Website. This includes using offensive or inappropriate language, engaging in spamming or phishing activities, or violating the rights of others. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to, hacking, cheating, abusing the task system, obtaining NT Credits fraudulently, or registering multiple accounts for malicious purposes. Violating these rules may result in penalties such as account suspension, termination of access to the Website and/or Games or permanent bans.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials. NTWorld and Legendx are not liable for unauthorized use of accounts.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHTS, AND DOCUMENTS

Ownership of Website Content: All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of NTWorld or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse compile, reverse engineer, extract source codes or create derivative works of any content on this Website without prior written consent from NTWorld.
NTWorld's Rights: NTWorld retains all existing Intellectual Property Rights associated with its content and services.
Further Actions: If any further actions are needed to implement the purposes of this agreement, you agree to execute any necessary documents and provide reasonable assistance to confirm and effectuate the intent of this agreement.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NTWorld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. This includes any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use this Website;
Any conduct or content of third parties on this Website;
Any content obtained from this Website; or
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of NTWorld arising out of or in connection with this Terms (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under any indemnity obligation or under any other theory of liability) will not exceed the total amounts paid or payable by the User to NTWorld under this Terms during the 12 months immediately prior to the event giving rise to the liability or claim.

8. GAME DOWNLOAD AND UPDATE MECHANISM

Users can directly download the game through redirect links to the Play Store, iOS App Store, or APK files from the Platform. NTWorld is not liable for device incompatibility or any issues arising from the installation of APK files. Whenever there is a new version of the APK, users can download the updated version, with clear information about the version number and release date provided.

9. USER RIGHTS AND ENGAGEMENT

As a User of the Game and this Website, you have the following rights and responsibilities:

1. Access to Content: You have the right to access and enjoy the Game and any associated content provided on this Website, including updates and downloadable content (DLCs) released by NTWorld.

2. Feedback and Community Engagement: You are encouraged to provide feedback on your experience with the Game and engage with the community through forums, reviews, and discussions. Your input helps improve the Game and enhances the experience for all users.

3. Compliance with Intellectual Property Rights: While you can enjoy and share your experiences in relation to the Game, you must not infringe the intellectual property rights of NTWorld and you are refrain from reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works of the Game or any Intellectual Property of NTWorld without NTWorld’s prior written

4. Support and Assistance: If you encounter issues while using the Game or the Website, you can seek support through the provided customer service channels.

10. USER FEEDBACK AND REPORTING

NTWorld understands your need for flexibility while enjoying and engaging with the Game. While you are not required to adhere to a fixed schedule for providing feedback, NTWorld may occasionally request certain information to enhance the gaming experience and track improvements.

When requested, you agree to provide the following information within fourteen (14) days:

Game Feedback: Your latest impressions and experiences with the Game, including any bugs or issues encountered.
Progress Updates: A brief outline of any improvements or changes you’ve noticed since your last feedback submission.
Future Engagement: Any additional features or content you hope to see in the Game, along with any suggestions for enhancements.
Spending Summary: A summary of how any in-game purchases or funds have been utilized, if applicable.

These requests are intended to be straightforward. All documentation can be informal but should be clear enough to convey your insights effectively and you agree that NTWorld may share your feedback with any party.

11. USER INFORMATION

1. Data Protection: We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union. This means we will:

Collect only the necessary data needed to provide our services i.e., your email address, legal age of access, date of birth, and country of residence.
Inform you about the purpose of data collection and how it will be used.
Obtain your explicit consent before processing your personal data where required.
Allow you to access, correct, or delete your personal data upon request.

5. Data Sharing: NTWorld and Legendx may share user data with third parties to facilitate task management. Such sharing will be done in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring that user privacy is protected.

6. User Consent: By using the Website and/or accessing the Games, users consent to the collection and processing of their data as described. Users have the right to withdraw consent at any time by following the procedures outlined on the Website.

12. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

Our Website may include links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We do not monitor or have any influence over the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites.

By using these links, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any issues that may arise from your visit to these third-party websites. This includes any damage or loss that may occur as a result of using or relying on the content, products, or services offered on those sites.

13. CO-PUBLISH GAMES

Access and Availability: Users may access co-published games through NTWorld. The availability of these games is subject to agreements with the respective developers, and NTWorld cannot guarantee permanent access to any co-published game.
Third-Party Content: The co-published games are developed by third-party vendors. By playing these games, users agree to abide by both NTWorld's rules and any terms set by the respective game developers. NTWorld is not responsible for the content or gameplay experience provided by third-party developers.
License to Use: Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the games available on NTWorld. Users may not sublicense, distribute, or otherwise exploit the games for commercial purposes.
Account and Login: Users must use their NTWorld account to access the co-published games. The Single Sign-On (SSO) system allows for seamless login. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activities conducted under their account.
User Conduct: Users must adhere to the rules and fair-play policies applicable to each game. Any attempt to exploit bugs, use cheats, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the game may result in suspension or termination of access.
In-Game Purchases: In-game purchases may be available for co-published games. All such purchases are made through the NTWorld Platform, and users must comply with the terms for payments, and NT credits set forth by NTWorld.
Maintenance and Updates: NTWorld will strive to keep the games up to date and operational. However, there may be maintenance periods or updates required by the game developers, during which the games may become temporarily unavailable.
Game Termination: NTWorld reserves the right to terminate access to any co-published game at any time, either temporarily or permanently, based on agreements with the respective game developer or due to performance issues or due to any potential infringement issues. Users will be notified in advance if a game is to be removed from the P
No Guarantee of Game Quality: As these games are co-published, NTWorld does not guarantee the quality or compatibility of the games with every user’s device. Users should verify game requirements and system compatibility before playing.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of the use of co-published games shall first be handled through NTWorld's support channels. If the issue involves the game itself, NTWorld will coordinate with the game developer to resolve the matter.
Data Sharing: User data may be shared with game developers to enhance gameplay and ensure a better user experience. This includes progress tracking, rewards, and interactions within the game. Users consent to such data sharing upon playing co-published games.
Prohibited Conduct: Users are prohibited from reselling or redistributing games, creating multiple accounts to access co-published games, or using the Platform for fraudulent purposes. NTWorld reserves the right to ban users who engage in such prohibited activities.
Refund Policy: There shall be no refunds for all NT Credits, in-game purchases and digital goods unless otherwise obligated by law or in cases where NTWorld determines it appropriate.
Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights for the co-published games belong to the respective developers. Users are not permitted to modify, reverse engineer, or use the games beyond the permissions granted within these terms.
Community Standards: While interacting with other users in multiplayer or social aspects of the games, users must adhere to community standards, which include no harassment, bullying, or use of offensive language. NTWorld reserves the right to take appropriate action against users violating these standards.
Termination of Account Access: NTWorld and/or the game developers reserve the right to terminate the user's access to a game at any time where NTWorld and/or the game developers deem fit.
Support and Communication: Any support for co-published games will be offered through NTWorld's customer support channels. However, technical issues directly related to gameplay may require additional response time as NTWorld liaises with the game developer.

14. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

Ownership and Non-infringement You confirm that:
- You have all necessary rights and permissions to use and access the Game; and
- Any content (including but not limited to photos, videos and comments) you contribute does not infringe any intellectual property rights.

2. Authority

You represent that:

You are legally able to agree to these terms; and
You are not currently involved in any bankruptcy proceedings.

3. Performance You confirm that:

Your actions related to the Game do not conflict with any other agreements;
You shall perform your obligations under this Terms; and
You will not enter into agreements that would interfere with these terms.

4. Open-source license

You will not use any open-source materials in the Game that would require you to disclose or distribute the Game's source code or license it in a way that limits its availability.

5. Non-discrimination and anti-harassment

You agree to treat all individuals involved in the Game's development fairly and respectfully, complying with all relevant laws regarding discrimination and harassment. Breaching this provision will be considered a serious violation of these terms.

15. DISCLAIMER

This Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure that the information on this Website is accurate and reliable, we cannot guarantee it. As such, we are not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of this Website or any information obtained from it. We do not make any warranties regarding the Website or the information and materials provided here. Your use of the Website is at your own risk.

16. RIGHTS OF GAME PLATFORM

NTWorld reserves the right to interpret and modify any content on this Website to ensure it functions properly and remains secure. This includes the ability to edit, revise, or remove content as needed. Our interpretations will be final and binding. Any changes to the content or terms of this agreement will be published on the Platform and will take effect upon publishing.

17. INDEMNITY

Indemnification by User: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NTWorld and its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, officers, and employees from any loss or damage (including legal fees) arising from any claims by third parties that relate to any breaches in the warranties, representations, or any terms herein. . If a claim arises, NTWorld will promptly inform you, and you agree to assist in the defense of such claims.
Intellectual Property Infringement: If the content you provided infringes on any third-party rights you agree to either: (i) Quickly modify the content to eliminate the infringement; or (ii) Obtain the necessary rights for NTWorld to continue using the content.
Potential Infringement

If any Game infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, NTWorld may:-

obtain the right for the User to continue accessing the Game; or
provide an alternate Game.

18. TERM AND TERMINATION

NTWorld reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. If your account is terminated, you will no longer have access to the Platform or Services and must stop using any materials provided by NTWorld.

19. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Assignment

Neither you nor NTWorld may assign the rights or obligations outlined in this Terms without prior written consent from the other party, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.

2. Notices

All notices between you and NTWorld will be published on NTWorld.com.sg.

Any notice published will be considered effective at the time it is published.

3. Change of Terms

NTWorld reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time or upon notice to its Users, subject to applicable law. We will periodically update you on any revisions to

these Terms, including by posting such revised Terms here. We encourage you to check this page regularly to note any changes. To the fullest extent authorized by law, your continued access to or use of the Services shall be deemed irrevocable acceptance of those revisions.

4. Governing Law

This Terms will be treated as a legally binding agreement governed by the laws of Singapore. If a dispute arises between users and NTWorld, it should first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, arbitration or legal action may be pursued under the appropriate jurisdiction. Any arbitration will be conducted at the Arbitration Institute in Singapore, in English, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Survival

The obligations related to representations, warranties, indemnification, termination, and confidentiality will remain in effect even after the agreement ends.

6. No Partnership

This Terms does not create a partnership, joint venture, or any similar relationship between the parties.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, or power failures.

8. Severability

If any part of this Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to be enforceable, while the rest of the Terms remains valid.

9. Changes to Services

NTWorld reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time. NTWorld may release certain Services or their features in a beta version, which may not work correctly or in the same way the final version may work, and NTWorld shall not be held liable in such instances. NTWorld may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts of, or the entire, Services in its sole discretion and without notice or liability.

10. Account Access

NTWorld reserves the right to refuse to provide you access to the Services or to allow you to open an account for any reason.

11. Deactivation

In the event you deactivate your NTWorld account the unused NT Credits will not be refunded.

12. Software Evaluations

For enhancement and improvement purposes, NTWorld may from time to time conduct software evaluations to assess the performance level of the Platform and/or Services. You hereby irrevocably grant and authorize NTWorld to conduct periodic reviews of your Account, including but not limited to assessing the activities and/or transactions carried out by you on the Platform or via your Account.

13. Storage Fees

In addition to and not in derogation of the terms above, if you do not utilize the Services for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, NTWorld may, at its absolute discretion, deduct a storage fee of 0.03% from your NT Credits as a maintenance fee, which will be charged on a quarterly basis.
