Dear Returnees,

To improve the overall gaming experience and foster a more vibrant community, we will be merging the Asia-I and AsiaV-II servers. We sincerely apologize for the previous delay caused by unforeseen technical issues during the merge process. Our technical team has since worked diligently to fully resolve these problems to ensure that the server merge will happen in a completely safe and stable environment.

 

The merge is just around the corner — are you ready to unite and rise together?

 

Please review the following information carefully to understand the merge schedule, important actions you must take, and post-merge compensation.

🕒 1. SERVER MERGE SCEHEDULE:

✦ Merging Servers: Asia-I & AsiaV-II

✦ New Server Name: UniAsia

✦ Merge Date: April 16, 2025

✦ Downtime: 09.30 - 13.30 (GMT+8) – Estimated 4 hours (subject to real-time conditions)

⚠️ During the merge, all game servers will be inaccessible. Avoid performing any trades, auctions, or unsaved operations shortly before or after the merge to prevent data loss.

 

⚙️ 2. MERGE RULES & GAME DATA HANDLING (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):

🆔 CHARACTER RETENTION & COMPENSATION

✦ If you own multiple characters of the same class across Asia-I and AsiaV-II, only the one with higher Combat Power (CP) will be retained.

✦ Other duplicate with lower CP characters will be permanently deleted.

 

🏆 RANKINGS:

✦ Rankings (CP, Level, Guild, etc.) will be reset at midnight the day after the merge.

✦ Rankings will be recalculated based on the combined server data. Old rankings will be void.

 

📬 IN-GAME MAIL:

✦ All unclaimed in-game mail, including event rewards and system compensations, will be permanently deleted after the merge.

📌 ACTION REQUIRED: Claim all important mail before the merge begins.

 

💵 MARKETPLACE & TRADING RELATED:

✦ All listed items or pending trades may be lost if not handled before the merge.

📌 ACTION REQUIRED: Cancel listings and finalize transactions in advance to prevent item loss. The platform will not recover any missing items due to unprocessed trades.

 

📋 3. KEY REMINDER:

➛ The game will be under maintenance during the server merge, and players from all servers—including AsiaV-III—will be temporarily unable to log in.

➛ Returnees may experience temporary login queue delays after the merge.

➛ If you encounter technical issues, retain your top-up receipts and contact customer support.
