📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS – CROSS-SERVER GUILD WAR

📌 EVENT STAGES & TIMELINE

1️⃣ Stage 1: Pre-War Power-Up Phase

▸ June 26 – July 01, 2025

2️⃣ Stage 2: Invasion Day (UniAsia → NeoAsia)

▸ July 02 (start from 15:00PM GMT+8)– July 03, 2025 (until 23:59 GMT+8)

3️⃣ Stage 3: Cross-Server War

▸ July 04, 2025, | 11:00 – 13:00 GMT+8

4️⃣ Stage 4: Free Exploration & Interaction –UniAsia x NeoAsia

▸ July 05 – July 06, 2025 (until 23:59 GMT+8)

5️⃣ Stage 5: Return to UniAsia Begins

▸ Starting July 08, 2025 | 10:00AM GMT+8

📌 PARTICIPATION RULES

✔ All players must follow the official game rules and fair play policies throughout the event.

✔ Only registered guild may join this cross-server guild war, only the guild leader or representative of Guild may submit the [Registration Form].

✔ Participants from UniAsia MUST submit a [Account Registration & Linking From] before July 1, 2025, 23:59PM GMT+8.

✔ All Demon Medals can’t be trade and sell.

✔ All Demon Medals will be attributed to the player's original guild at the time of registration; any changes of character name, or actions resulting in the demon medal being untraceable (such as discarding or selling it) during the event will lead to forfeiture of points, and the organizers shall not be held liable under any circumstances.

✔ Each participant may only use one character. Multi-account participation will result in disqualification for the player and all related teams.

✔ Players must retain the same class/job used in their original server. Class switching is not allowed.

✔ All entries must comply with the server transfer rules announced during Stage 2.

📌 TOURNAMENT FORMAT & RULES

✔ Map: NeoAsia – Monster Castle

✔ War Time: July 04, 2025, | 11:00AM – 13:00PM GMT+8

✔ Main gameplay in Monster Castle: 

• Occupy the Core Zone before 12:30PM
• At 12:30PM, defeat the treasure chest will random loot 10x Demon Medal.
• 1 Demon Medal = 1 point for the picker’s guild.

✔ Medal Pick-Up Validation:

• Players who successfully pick up a Demon Medal must:
  • Submit a Google Form within 13:30PM GMT+8, including a screenshot with inventory and character by [Demon Medal Verification From].
    Have the Demon Medal in their inventory at the time of GM verification.
    ⚠️ Failure to submit or missing screenshot = no point awarded

✔ Special Map Mechanics:

• Four stationary Castle Guard Turrets will appear around the Core Zone at 12:30PM
• Castle Guard Turrets are non-movable and level 100 — meant to increase final phase difficulty
• No respawn of treasure chest or medals.

📌 SCORING & SEASON SYSTEM

✔ The guild that collects the most medals in one round will be declared as winner

✔ In case of a tie, the organizing team will schedule an additional playoff match

✔ If a player changes guild after picking up a Demon Medal, the medal still counts for the original guild at time of registration lock.

✔ All Demon Medal collections will be audited; submission of false data will result in disqualification

🎟️ Special Note:

• "Guild War Reward" Admission Tickets: Use on Sat–Sun, 20:00–24:00 for Guild War Reward Dungeon (6 rotating Bosses)
• All rewards will be delivered via in-game mail within 2 hours after the event ends.
• Limited-time title will be expire before next cross-server war.

📌 ANTI-CHEATING & DISQUALIFICATION

🚫 Any form of unfair advantage or dishonest behavior will result in immediate disqualification once verified — including but not limited to:

• Use of third-party software, bots, or automation tools
• Account sharing or multi-character participation
• Intentional match-fixing or collusion
• Offensive, toxic, or disruptive behavior

✔ Violations will result in immediate disqualification.

✔ If disqualified, rewards will not be reassigned.

✔ GM team reserves the right to perform post-match audits using backend logs and screenshots.

✔ Valid appeals must be submitted within 24 hours after the event. Late appeals will be dismissed.

📌 ORGANIZER RIGHTS & DISCLAIMER

• Organizers reserve the right to modify rules, schedules, and prize structures at any time.
• In case of force majeure (e.g., server failure, critical bugs, network issues), the event may be rescheduled or canceled.
• Organizer decisions are final and binding in all disputes.
• Any abusive behavior toward GMs or organizers will result in penalties.
