📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS – CROSS-SERVER GUILD WAR (August 21 - August 25, 2025)

📌 EVENT STAGES & TIMELINE

1️⃣ Stage 1: Pre-War Power-Up Phase (Craft Discount Event)
▸ August 20 – August 21, 2025

2️⃣ Stage 2: Invasion Day (UniAsia → NeoAsia)
▸ August 21, 2025 (character transfer begins 13:00 GMT+8) – until 23:59 GMT+8

3️⃣ Stage 3: Cross-Server War (War Day)
▸ August 22, 2025 | 20:00 – 21:00 GMT+8

4️⃣ Stage 4: Free Exploration & Interaction – NeoAsia x UniAsia
▸ August 23 – August 24, 2025 (until 23:59 GMT+8)

5️⃣ Stage 5: Return to UniAsia Begins
▸ August 25, 2025 (character transfer begins 13:00 GMT+8)

📌 PARTICIPATION RULES

✔ All players can join the event, and must follow the official game rules and fair play policies throughout the event.

✔ Participants from UniAsia MUST submit a [Account Registration & Linking From] before August 20, 2025, 23:59PM GMT+8.

✔ IF you have registered linked account during Cross-Server Guild War before, you MUST use the same linked account in this times.

✔ All Demon Medals can’t be trade and sell.

✔ All Demon Medals will be attributed to the player's original guild at the time of registration; any changes of character name, or actions resulting in the demon medal being untraceable (such as discarding or selling it) during the event will lead to forfeiture of points, and the organizers shall not be held liable under any circumstances.

✔ Each participant may only use one character. Multi-account participation will result in disqualification for the player and all related teams.

✔ Players must retain the same class/job used in their original server. Class switching is not allowed.

✔ Only one channel will be active in the map of cross-server guild war.

✔ Rules of Stage 2 & 5 – characters transfer to linked account in different server

Contact Support During Transfer

• To prevent any potential data loss, please contact our customer service team on Facebook if you plan to have top-up, starting from 13:00PM (GMT+8) and during the transfer process.

Account Data Overwrite Notice

• Please note that the submitted NeoAsia linked account will be completely overwritten by your UniAsia account. This means:
• All existing data in your NeoAsia linked account will be permanently deleted.
• Your UniAsia account data will be transferred to replace it.
• Your UniAsia account will no longer be accessible on the UniAsia server, you may claim it back once your account reverts as normal.

In-Game Mail Items Will Not Be Transferred

• Please claim all items from your in-game mailbox and marketplace items before the transfer begins.
• Any items left unclaimed will NOT be carried over to your NeoAsia linked account. However, they will still be available if your account is reverted to UniAsia in the future.

📌 TOURNAMENT FORMAT & RULES

✔ Map: UniAsia – Monster Castle

✔ Map Requirement: Admission ticket and specific Title (all items are free and sent out by in-game mail before war time.

✔ War Time: August 22, 2025, | 20:00PM – 21:00PM GMT+8

✔ Main gameplay in Monster Castle:

• Occupied the Core Zone when war started.
• Defeating the treasure chest will randomly loot a lot of Demon Medal.
• 1 Demon Medal = 1 point for the picker’s guild. (2x point for winner guild in this times as special event! )

✔ Medal Pick-Up Validation:

• Players who successfully pick up a Demon Medal must:
• Submit a Google Form within 21:30PM GMT+8, including a screenshot with inventory and character by [Demon Medal Verification From].
• Have the Demon Medal in their inventory at the time of GM verification.
• ⚠️ Failure to submit or missing screenshot = no point awarded

✔ Special Map Mechanics:

• Four stationary Castle Guard Turrets will appear around the Core Zone
• Castle Guard Turrets are non-movable and level 140 — meant to increase final phase difficulty.
• All Castle Defense will respawn at 20:00PM GMT+8. 
• First Victory Treasure chests respawn time: 20:00PM GMT+8  in the Core Zone.
• Second Victory Treasure chest may respawn start from 20:30PM GMT+8 in the Core Zone.

⚠️ Note:

Your speed and coordination directly determine whether the second treasure is unlocked.

📌 SCORING & SEASON SYSTEM

✔ The guild that collects the most medals in one round will be declared as the weekly winner.

✔ In case of a tie, the organizing team will schedule an additional playoff match.

✔ If a player changes guild after picking up a Demon Medal, the medal still counts for the original guild at time of registration lock.

✔ All Demon Medal collections will be audited; submission of false data will result in disqualification

📅 SEASON SYSTEM & SPECIAL REWARDS

✔ A Season Champion will be determined based on the total points accumulated across every two rounds of the Cross-Server Guild War.

✔ The guild with the highest accumulated score at the end of the season will earn the Season Champion Reward.

✔ All points will be tallied after each war, and the season results will be announced and rewarded within 2 working days after the last match of the season.

• Limited-time Title (14 days): Cross-Server Glory (+5% PvP Damage) ×1
• Guild War Reward Admission Tickets ×4
• Blue Diamonds ×200,000

🎉 Global Celebration Rewards (delivered to all players):

• Gold ×88,888
• [Ten Times Member Experience] Admission Ticket x 2

🥈 Losing Guild Consolation Rewards (participants only):

• Limited-time Title (14 days): Challenger (+3% PvP Damage) ×1
• Auditorium Admission Tickets ×2

⚔️ Top Kills Leaderboard Rewards (based on player ranking during the war-day in Friday and the reward will be process in next working day):

🥇 1st Place: Blue Diamonds ×100,000

🥈 2nd Place: Blue Diamonds ×80,000

🥉 3rd Place: Blue Diamonds ×50,000

📅 Season Champion Reward: (based on total score over 2 rounds):

🏆 Top-Scoring Guild of the Season

• Official Guild Photo featured on the Honor Board (Facebook & in-game event hub)
• All guild members receive:
• Black Cloud Orb ×10 (non-tradable)
• Watermelon ×100 (equivalent to 600 Red Diamonds in value)
• Blue Diamonds ×88,888.

👑 Guild Leader’s Exclusive Selection

• The Guild Leader may designate one member to receive the exclusive: Demon Overlord Title (30 days, +2% Critical Rate & +800 ATK)

🎟️ Admission Ticket Info

• [Guild War Reward] Admission Ticket: Usable on Sat–Sun, 20:00–24:00 for the “Guild War Reward” map (featuring 6 rotating bosses).
• [Auditorium] Admission Ticket: Usable daily at 22:00 for a level 60 boss encounter (standard drop table).

🕒All weekly rewards will be delivered via in-game mail within 2 hours after the Cross-Server Guild War ends.

🕒All limited-time titles will expire before the next Cross-Server War begins.

📌 ANTI-CHEATING & DISQUALIFICATION

• 🚫 Any form of unfair advantage or dishonest behavior will result in immediate disqualification once verified — including but not limited to:
• Use of third-party software, bots, or automation tools
• Account sharing or multi-character participation
• Intentional match-fixing or collusion
• Offensive, toxic, or disruptive behavior

✔ Valid appeals must be submitted within 24 hours after the event ( max within 24 hours after your account transfer back to your original server ). Late appeals will be dismissed.

✔ Violations will result in immediate disqualification.

✔ If disqualified, rewards will not be reassigned.

✔ GM team reserves the right to perform post-match audits using backend logs and screenshots.

✔ Guild Leader’s Exclusive Selection can only be submitted once, and the selected player name cannot be changed after submission.

✔ All limited-time titles will expire before the next Cross-Server War begins.

📌 ORGANIZER RIGHTS & DISCLAIMER

• Organizers reserve the right to modify rules, schedules, and prize structures at any time.
• In case of force majeure (e.g., server failure, critical bugs, network issues), the event may be rescheduled or canceled.
• Organizer decisions are final and binding in all disputes.
• Any abusive behavior toward GMs or organizers will result in penalties.
