Dear Returnees,


To enhance the overall gaming experience and create a more dynamic community, we will be merging the UniAsia and NeoAsia servers. This process will consolidate player characters, rankings, and social networks into a single, unified server: FortiusAsia.


Please read the following details carefully to understand the schedule, important actions required, and post-merge rewards.


🕒 1. SERVER MERGE SCHEDULE
✦ Merging Servers: UniAsia and NeoAsia
✦ New Server Name: FortiusAsia
✦ Merge Date: September 03, 2025 (Wednesday)
✦ Downtime: 10:00AM - 18:00PM GMT+8 (If the server merge is completed earlier, we will announce it in the comments section of this post. Please stay tuned! )


⚠ During this down time period, the entire game service will be unavailable. Please avoid trading, auctioning, or conducting any critical operations right before or after the merge to prevent data loss.


⚙ 2. MERGE RULES & GAME DATA HANDLING


🆔 CHARACTER MANAGEMENT
✦ If the same NTWorld account has characters with the same class on both servers, only the one with higher Combat Power (CP) will be retained.
✦ Characters with lower CP will be removed automatically.
✦ Other duplicate with lower CP characters will be permanently deleted.
✦ If a deleted character is tied to a top-up account, you may be eligible for a one-time compensation by applying in advance.

🏆 RANKINGS
✦ All rankings (CP, Level, Guild, etc.) will be reset when the next 2 day after the merge.
✦ Rankings will be recalculated based on the combined server data. Old rankings will be void.


📬 IN-GAME MAIL
✦ All unclaimed mail (including event rewards and compensations) will be permanently deleted during the merge.
📌 ACTION REQUIRED: Please claim all mailbox items before September 03, 2025 at 08:00AM (GMT+8).

💱 MARKETPLACE & TRADES
✦ Items in auction or trade status may be lost if not processed before the merge.
✦ No compensation will be provided for lost items due to unprocessed transactions.
📌 ACTION REQUIRED: Cancel listings and finalize transactions in advance.


📋 3. ADDITIONAL REMINDERS
➛ The game will be inaccessible for all players during the merge.
➛ Queue delays may occur post-merge due to player volume.
➛ If you experience technical issues of top-up, keep your top-up receipts and contact our support team.
➛ Compensation claims must follow the instructions above and be submitted on time. Late requests will not be accepted.

To thank you for your support, the following items will be delivered to all eligible FortiusAsia players after the merge:

✦ Blue Diamond x3000
✦ Costume Selection Ticket ×5
✦ Random Guardian Box x10

🎁Battle Ranking Reset Compensation
To thank you for your understanding, the following compensation items will be delivered to all eligible NeoAsia players after the merge, due to the reset of their Battle ranking points.
✦ Blue Diamond x1000
✦ Honor Pont x500
✦ Perfect Philosopher Stone x100

📬 Delivery Method: In-game mail
📅 Estimated Time: Within 24 hours after merge completion


⚠ 5. DISCLAIMER
▪ This merge involves in-game virtual data only and does not affect personal information.
▪ Battle (1vs1 and 4vs4) ranking data will be automatically reset for the NeoAsia server on the day following the server merge completion. All previous Battle ranking points for NeoAsia players will be cleared by the system as part of the merge process.
▪ Honor points will not be affected. This reset only applies to Battle rankings.
▪ All notices have been publicly posted in-game, on our official website, and on the Facebook Page.
▪ Players who fail to complete necessary actions will bear the risk of data loss. No late recovery or compensation will be granted.
▪ All compensation rules follow this official notice. Requests made outside of these terms will not be processed.
