If you wish to terminate your gaming contract, you may apply to customer service at any time. Once a formal application is submitted, all services related to your NTWORLD membership will be terminated, and you will no longer be able to use your NTWORLD account to log in to the platform or games. Please note that once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, so be sure to confirm your decision before proceeding. The application process is simple: first contact customer service, then fill out the “Termination of Game Contract and Refund Application,” submit the form for formal processing, and finally complete the account deletion. Once the application is received, NTWORLD will immediately stop all related services and begin processing the account deletion. After deletion, you will not incur any further charges, and all unused manual renewal functions will no longer be available. Automatic subscription renewals will also be suspended, and any unused renewals will be canceled.
