What are NT Credit?

NT Credits are virtual credits supported by NTWorld, designed specifically for gamers. Reloading your NT Credits unlocks exclusive deals and promotions. As the only universal virtual currency for all games on the platform, NT Credits give you more value. With a single account, players can seamlessly manage all their gaming needs.

How can I get NT Credits?

Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner, select "Top-Up Center", then choose "Top-Up Platform Credits" to reload your NT Credits.

My payment failed, but the amount was still deducted from my bank. What should I do?

Contact our customer service via email at support@ntworld.com.sg for further assistance.

Why didn't I receive my credits after reloading?

1. Ensure that you are logged into the correct account. 2. LegendX reward credits will be automatically cleared after expiration. 3. You can check your top-up history in [Top-Up > Top-Up History].

How long does the reload process take?

1. After completing a bank transfer, funds may take 15 to 30 minutes to be credited, depending on the bank's processing time. 2. If the transfer is made outside of banking hours, some banks will process it on the next business day, which may result in a delay of several hours.

What is the difference between Platform Credits and LegendX Reward Points?

1. Platform Credits (NT Credits): Platform currency that can be purchased and used to top up games. 2. LegendX Reward Points: Points earned through specific promotions or events and can only be used on the LEGENDX website.

How can I check the status of my order in my NTWorld account?

You can check your order status in the "History" section of your account.

I selected the wrong payment method at checkout. Can I cancel or change it?

1. If a payment page pops up, click the close button (X) on the tab to cancel the payment. 2. You can return to NTWorld and check your Top-Up History, where the payment status will be displayed as "Unpaid". 3. From there, you can submit a new payment.

Why did my points disappear?

1. Ensure that you are logged into the correct account. 2. You can view your top-up history in [Home > Top-Up Center > Top-Up History]. 3. LegendX reward points will be automatically cleared after they expire.

What is the difference between reloading Platform Credit, reloading Game Currency, and reloading games?

1. Reload Platform Credits: Users purchase NT Credits using fiat currency (via bank or e-wallet) that can be used to purchase in-game currency. 2. Reload Game Currency: Users purchase in-game currency directly using their NT Credits. 3. Reload Games: Users purchase in-game currency directly using fiat currency (via bank or e-wallet) without needing to convert to NT Credit first.
