We are writing to inform you of a significant update regarding our platform currency - NTCredit. To enhance the in-game economy and provide better value, we will be adjusting the base unit of NTCredit. As part of this update, all remaining NTCredit balances in player accounts will be converted at a fixed ratio.

The conversion will be applied at a rate of 1 NTCredit (Old) to 100 NTCredit (New). This means your existing balance will be multiplied by 100. For example, if you currently have 50 NTCredit, after the update you will have 5,000 NTCredit. All NTCredit currently in your account will be automatically converted.

Please note that this update will take effect on 4 February 2026. 

Moving forward, all in-game store prices and purchase packages will be displayed using the new NTCredit values. Please note that the real-world cost of purchasing NTCredit will remain proportional—you will receive 100 times the amount of credits for the same price. While displayed balances and item prices will appear different, the actual value of your currency in relation to in-game items remains unchanged.
